The Nordic Council of Ministers’ Fisheries Cooperation invites applications for projects on fisheries and aquaculture within the themes:

• Preparedness and resilience
• Ecosystem-based marine management and stock recovery
• Green transition

The Fisheries Cooperation under Nordic Council of Ministers works to promote more sustainable, more competitive and more resilient fisheries and aquaculture in the Nordic region

We invite proposals for Nordic cooperation projects covering the Nordic region, and they can also possibly be done in collaboration with partners outside of the Nordic region.

We invite management or research based projects that contribute to information generation, information dissemination or network creation with significant Nordic added value and with an ambitious strategy for communication.

The total budget for this 2025 call is 3.83 million DKK. Projects can apply for funds up to 1 million DKK. The aim is to support 4 to 6 projects.

Deadline for applications is 3 October 2025.
